The way of Central Slave Cylinders working is move the piston of master cylinder to left by the push rod when the driver  depresses the clutch pedal. The pressure lifting when the oil and fluid pressured. Under this oil pressure,the piston of slave cylinder will also moved to left along with the release bearing which makes the clutch disengaed.
